Born on October 2, 1978, Ayumi Hamasaki is a popular Japanese singer and a former actress. She is also known as the "Empress of Pop" due to her vast popularity and influence in Japan. Her first debut of the single "Poker Face" has been sold over 50 million records in Japan.
